Photos Show Nana Raibina Boarding Car to Go Home After Court Grants Bail

After Nana Raibina was taken into custody at the Central Investigation Bureau for immediate interrogation following her arrest on charges of asset fraud and fraudulent public borrowing on 3 Dec 2025 at 10:55 GMT+7, then on 4 Dec 2025 at 09:37 GMT+7, investigators from Division 4, Economic Crime Suppression Division, took Nana to the Ratchada Criminal Court for her first detention hearing. Later, Nan, Nana's sister, posted 1 million baht in cash bail for her.

Before the Ratchada Criminal Court reviewed the case and ordered that, after considering the risk assessment report, believing the defendant would not flee or commit other dangerous acts, she was granted temporary release during the investigation with bail set at 1 million baht. The court also prohibited her from leaving the kingdom without permission and ordered notification to the Immigration Office. Furthermore, a counselor from the court's psychosocial counseling clinic was appointed to supervise and provide counseling sessions as deemed appropriate.

Reporters noted that after Nana Raibina was released from the holding area beneath the Ratchada Criminal Court, she, along with her family and lawyers, took the elevator to the eighth floor to attend the court's psychosocial counseling clinic. Reporters observed Nana dressed in a black T-shirt, dark blue pants, black hat, and black mask covering her face, keeping her head lowered throughout.

The news team also spotted Nana's lawyer, Saiyud Pengbunchoo, at the criminal court’s psychosocial counseling clinic on the eighth floor. He declined to give any interviews before departing.

Later, at 16:57 GMT+7, Nana Raibina and her sister left the criminal court in a white Volvo. Nana sat behind the driver’s seat and was not ready to speak to the media.
