At 11:00 p.m. on 25 Nov 2025 GMT+7, reporters reported that the Royal Thai Navy ship Chakri Naruebet departed the Sattahip Naval Base in Chonburi Province, carrying consumer goods, rice and dry food, drinking water, medical supplies, and a kitchen capable of preparing 3,000 fresh meals daily, heading toward Hat Samila. The journey is expected to take about 10 hours.

It is expected to arrive at Hat Samila at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (26 Nov 2025 GMT+7). Upon arrival, relief operations for the southern flood victims will begin immediately, as many residents remain stranded and awaiting assistance.

Evacuating people from high-risk crisis points to safety; 3. Supporting local agencies in initial recovery efforts; and 4. Assessing the extent of damage in affected areas.
