This mountain was once known as Desert Mountain due to its dry conditions. The project has been ongoing since 2015, and today Khao Khayai has improved significantly, with various planted tree species growing and providing shade.
This reflects the dedication, cooperation, and mobilization of efforts from government officials, the private sector, and local residents who have come together to plant and care for the trees in this area.
