His Majesty the King personally performed merit-making ceremonies at Wat Boromniwat and Wat Benchamabophit.
On Sunday, 20 September 2026, His Majesty the King, accompanied by Lieutenant General Lady Aranong Piyanatvachirapath, proceeded to perform merit-making almsgiving at Wat Boromniwat Ratchaworawihan in Pathumwan District, Bangkok.
He then proceeded to Wat Benchamabophit Dusitvanaram Ratchaworawihan in Dusit District, Bangkok, to dedicate merit to King Chulalongkorn on the anniversary of His birth and to Prince Urubong Rajsombhoj on the anniversary of His passing. This was a private royal ceremony.
