"The Wolf Juniors" TJ Pannawit secured the TJWT Round 6 championship, taking the lead with 385 cumulative points and competing for a ticket to the Japan final round.


"TJ" Master Pannawit Wangjisuk, nicknamed "The Wolf Juniors," a rising young Thai golfer, delivered outstanding performance by winning the Thailand Junior World Tour (Season 2) Round 6 E-Boy category with a total score of 3 over par 75, finishing first at Lotus Valley Golf Resort in Chachoengsao Province on 10 May 2026 GMT+7.

This round was a crucial event ahead of the finals. TJ maintained excellent form amid intense competition from young Thai and international golfers. He finished with a total score of 75 (39-36) to claim the round title, highlighting his achievement by scoring 2 eagles on holes 2 and 18 and 2 birdies on holes 5 and 14, showcasing consistent offensive precision throughout the day.

The weather during the competition was quite variable, with rain from the start of the round through approximately hole 3, affecting the fairway and green conditions throughout. Nonetheless, TJ adapted exceptionally well, maintaining focus, managing his game, and concentrating on each shot, especially adjusting his mindset to the constantly changing course conditions, enabling him to sustain his performance and win the championship.

As a result, "The Wolf Juniors" TJ Pannawit Wangjisuk increased his season cumulative points to 385, firmly holding first place in the E-Boy category overall standings, enhancing his chances to qualify for the youth golf competition in Japan’s final round.

After the competition, TJ said, "Today’s weather was challenging, especially with rain early in the round causing changing course conditions. I focused on each shot and adapted my thinking throughout the play to suit the situation as much as possible. I’m very happy to have won the championship."

TJ’s father, Toon Piyapong Wangjisuk, commented, "Today was another very challenging round due to the rain and constantly changing green conditions. However, TJ managed his focus and adapted well, particularly his mindset and game management, which shows significant development in his game."

The Thailand Junior World Tour Season 2 final round will be held on 14 June 2026 GMT+7 at Phoenix Gold Golf Club in Bangkok. The top-ranked golfers in the cumulative standings will earn the right and support to compete in the youth golf tournament in Japan, a significant international stage for young Thai golfers.
