
The Chang Thailand Junior Golf Circuit 2026 has launched its second qualifying round, selecting youth players for the International Championship to compete for an exclusive Dream Prize. The event aims to develop golf skills and strengthen both physical and mental resilience with world-class golf professionals.
Now in its 12th consecutive year, the "Chang Thailand Junior Golf Circuit 2026" guarantees World Ranking standards from three leading institutions: Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS), World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR), and is the only tournament in Thailand accredited by the Department of Physical Education. The competition is divided into three age categories for both boys and girls, played in Stroke Play format on professional-standard courses, with six qualifying events held nationwide.
The event is certified by Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS) to identify talented golfers who will represent Thailand against international youth players in the International Championship round. The recent second qualifying round took place at Springfield Royal Country Club in Phetchaburi Province, with over 100 youth golfers aged 8 to 22 participating. The results were as follows:
Junior category, ages 8 to 12
Boys' champion: Thanakrit Kanokpacharat (+5) with scores of 73-76, total 149
Girls' champion: Kaspitcha Pholdejwisai (+6) with scores of 78-72, total 150
Super Junior category, ages 13 to 18
Boys' champion: Siwoo Park (+1) with scores of 73-72, total 145
Girls' champion: Sirikorn Somprakhon (+4) with scores of 73-75, total 148
Special Class category, ages 19 to 22
Boys' champion: Peer Nontarak (+6) with scores of 74-76, total 150
Girls' champion: Phusita Purahong (+7) with scores of 79-72, total 151
The "Chang Thailand Junior Golf Circuit 2026" International Championship round is accredited for scoring by the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) and is the only event in Thailand recognized by the Department of Physical Education. The results can be used to further university studies both domestically and abroad. Contestants compete for the Dream Prize, enhancing golf skills and mental strength with leading PGA Tour coaches.
Adding exclusive intensity unique to Thailand, Dr. Rick Sessinghaus—who developed Collin Morikawa, the world’s No. 6 ranked professional golfer and two-time major champion from Flow Code Golf Academy—will provide mental coaching to help players professionally handle pressure at a Special Camp. Top youth will be selected to join the “ThaiBev ThaiTalent” program, developing them into well-rounded professional golfers on the global stage.
The third qualifying round of the "Chang Thailand Junior Golf Circuit 2026" will take place on 13 - 14 June 2026 at Pattavia Century Golf Club in Chonburi Province.
