After reports surfaced from beauty pageant fans about a stalker drama involving someone falsely claiming to be part of Vina Pavina Singh’s fan club—the 1st Runner-up Miss Universe 2025—and scamming money from members for personal use, many fans exposed this behavior. Recently, Nawat Isra-Kraisil was interviewed by the media at the 2025 Thailand Headlines Person of the Year event held at BITEC LIVE Exhibition and Convention Center about this case.
Is there a stalker fan group related to Vina?
I’m aware of the news, but I prefer to stay somewhat distant, with concern, because fan clubs are sensitive matters. This issue has been around since 2022 with Ingfa. When we form fan clubs, there must be discipline, order, honesty, and sincerity. The classic problem is people exploiting the fan club or profiting from the love fans have for artists or contestants.
This is a classic and frequent issue affecting many people. It just doesn’t get publicly revealed or is settled through discussion. I hope those involved can discuss and resolve it among themselves.
Is this illegal? In my view, the law is complicated. But it is immoral and unethical, and certainly inappropriate. The law requires documentation—if documents exist, that’s one thing. But if there are no documents, and someone takes advantage of affection, perhaps redirecting someone else’s affection to themselves, that’s a matter of feelings.
So, all I can say is whoever is doing this should stop. It sets a bad example. If others follow suit, I advise other fan clubs, artists, and contestants to be cautious. Most importantly, every fan club needs a good administrator. That’s the key—good admins are hard to find and hard to trust.
A good admin must audit the finances carefully and disclose all cases transparently. It’s unacceptable to use funds as personal assets, like buying plane tickets or hotel stays to follow artists, using money from transfers, donations, or fan contributions. This happens a lot. If anyone is doing this, please stop. When problems arise, the ones who suffer and feel ashamed are those who do it, and they cause others to avoid that fan club.
Are you concerned this will affect the beauty pageant’s image?
Not at all. The damage is to the person who steals (laughs). We remain calm and confident.
It seems this person has a history with several fan clubs?
I don’t know their past, but they’ve admitted to this before, due to various necessities. From investing in small businesses and financial hardships, it involved stalking other artists, including foreign ones.
If I get a chance to meet this person, I will talk to them. I haven’t met them yet, but I am close to everyone involved, and they hang out with us. If I meet them, I will say that people must take responsibility for their actions. Regardless of the severity of wrongdoing, I believe in a kind of law of gravity: if what you do is inappropriate or wrong, you will surely face problems in life.
Therefore, I intend to give a mature warning to make them aware of possible serious consequences if they continue.
Will there be legal action?
In my opinion, it’s difficult because this is about affection and preference, with no documentation and no way to itemize the issue.
