One of the highly anticipated highlights is the National Costume round of the competition Miss Grand Thailand 2026: Grand Evolution which gives Thai designers a platform to showcase their creativity by crafting provincial costumes competing for the title of Best National Costume on the pageant stage.
Tonight, at the Miss Grand Thailand 2026 event held in MGI HALL on the 6th floor of BRAVO BKK shopping center, many memorable moments unfolded. Provincial directors invested heavily, as this is a matter of pride for their provinces holding the franchise. Hundreds of team members transformed contestants with costumes inspired by concepts and inspirations aiming to capture votes and go viral on social media. Above all, the costumes needed to impress. Boss Nawatt Israksil Chairman of Miss Grand Thailand and Miss Grand International pageants, only the best is accepted.
Kotchabel Saranratch Pueakpipat and Champ Sakul Limpapanon served as hosts, opening the stage for contestants from all 77 provinces to showcase their full ensembles. The costumes ranged from those representing beliefs, faith, food, pets, animals, famous fruits, to grand, elaborate designs, all delivered with smiles and enthusiasm, reflecting outstanding presentations by the beauty queens.
After the competition, the hosts invited viewers to participate as judges by liking and sharing on Facebook and Instagram Miss Grand Thailand until 25 March at 12:00 GMT+7. This voting will select the Top 20 Best National Costume — 10 contestants with the highest votes and 10 chosen by the judging panel — to determine the ultimate Best National Costume winner ahead of the Grand Final results announcement.
Which provincial designer’s costume will claim the Best National Costume title and the opportunity to be worn on the Miss Grand International 2026 stage in India will be revealed together on 28 March 2026 at 19:00 GMT+7, broadcast live on YouTube Channel: Grand TV. The winner will receive 100,000 baht and a prestigious trophy, while four runners-up will each receive 30,000 baht.
