After the actress Baifern Patsakorn Plaboon daughter of the famous comedian Jaturong Mokjok revealed her new role as pageant PD for two provinces—PD of Miss Universe Ubon Ratchathani and PD of Miss Universe Krung Thep Maha Nakhon.
But recently Baifern Patsakorn announced her resignation as PD of Miss Universe Ubon Ratchathani by posting a letter of resignation and clearly explaining the reasons, which state:
“Announcement Regarding Resignation from Executive Duties of Miss Universe Ubon Ratchathani Pageant
To ensure that the management of Miss Universe Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 2026 operates at maximum efficiency and so that executives can fully dedicate their time to driving and overseeing the operations,
we hereby announce the resignation from executive duties of the Miss Universe Ubon Ratchathani 2026 pageant of
Ms. Patsakorn Plaboon (Baifern),
Ms. Juthamas Intra (Amp),
and Mr. Panupong Boonyong (Bas),
effective from 2 July 2026 onward.
This resignation is only an internal management restructuring and does not affect the good relationships or the shared commitment to support and develop the beauty pageant industry at all levels.
However, Ms. Patsakorn Plaboon (Baifern), Ms. Juthamas Intra (Amp), and Mr. Panupong Boonyong (Bas) will continue to serve as advisors, provide guidance, and support certain operations to Ms. Manaswee Nilbuala (Rotmay), Miss Universe Ubon Ratchathani 2026, in appropriate related missions and activities.
All three will also remain executives of the Miss Universe Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 2026 pageant (Provincial Directors).
