The beauty pageant scene immediately brightened when the Vajiravudh College Alumni Association under royal patronage held a signing ceremony to grant the rights to organize the "Miss Thailand" pageants for the years 2027–2029 to Cat Unique Company Limited. Admiral Pokkrong Monthathoplin, president of the Vajiravudh College Alumni Association under royal patronage, and Police Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Atthitiya Benchapak, known as "Captain Cat," chairwoman of Cat Unique Company Limited, signed the agreement together, committing to drive soft power in tourism, culture, and the Thai economy to shine and be a source of pride for all Thais over the next three years.
Captain Cat said, "I sincerely thank the association for their trust in this matter. I feel honored and proud, fully aware that this privilege comes with significant responsibility. I will dedicate myself to learning, listening, and performing my duties with the utmost respect for the history and values of the Miss Thailand stage.
Having once competed on the Miss Thailand stage myself, I deeply understand how meaningful every effort and step is for the contestants. Therefore, I intend for every woman who steps onto this stage to be seen, cared for with understanding, respected, and treated fairly, with space to learn, develop, and fully express their potential.
I will apply my experience with humility, empathy, and responsibility to ensure every contestant gains valuable experiences and opportunities that can be furthered in their future paths.
