The Instagram account @suchata.entertainment posted an announcement stating that she is no longer contractually bound to any agency, along with new contact details for work coordination. The announcement reads:

To ensure smooth, transparent, and clear communication and operations related to Miss Suchata Chuangsi (Opal), the company requests that those wishing to contact or collaborate proceed exclusively through Suchata289 Company Limited's official channels as follows.
