Noom Kongkapan explained the scammers' tactics: they post our photos on various social media platforms with messages accusing us of borrowing money and not repaying it. They also include contact links, saying to reach out if we want the posts removed.
Noom contacted the scammers to understand why they were doing this, but as the conversation progressed, he became annoyed since they only talked about money. Eventually, he decided to contact Noom Kanchai and obtained the phone number of a police officer. The matter is now undergoing legal procedures. Personally, he hopes for a swift resolution because many people have been victimized. If the police catch the scammers, he wants them to be fully punished to prevent future incidents. He confirmed this is not the first time he has faced such online scams.
