Today (23 Feb 2026), following the court's indictment of Way Thaitanium and Nana Raibina, both appeared at the Ratchada Criminal Court. The indictment summarized that between April 2021 and October 2025, Nana and Way jointly deceived 11 victims by inviting them to lend money for investment in personal loan businesses, asset trading businesses, sports-related companies, various business investment funds, international restaurant ventures, and stock market shares.
They agreed to pay a monthly return of 4 to 7 percent, or 40 percent of the loaned amount.to be invested,which led all victims to invest by transferring money into bank accounts provided by the accused.
However, the two had no intention of investing the money as promised but instead used the funds to pay returns to other investors, who were also lenders. This caused losses to all 11 victims, with individual losses ranging from 1.5 million to 46 million baht. The total debts of the 11 victims have been disclosed as follows:

Victim 4: 3,550,000 baht
Victim 5: 3,150,000 baht
Victim 6: 4,364,500 baht
