Way - Nana Avoid Jail! Court Grants Bail After Posting 1 Million Baht Security

On 23 February 2026, the Ratchada Criminal Court ordered temporary release. Mr. Prinya Inthachai , known as “Way Thaitanium” by posting a bail bond of 1 million baht. The court set the condition that he is prohibited from leaving the country unless authorized by the court.

Meanwhile, Ms. Raibina Inthachai, or “Nana,” had already been granted bail during the detention hearing stage, so she did not need to file a temporary release petition this time. After consideration, the criminal court ruled that, based on the risk assessment report, it believed the accused would not flee or cause other harm. It was noted that she was experiencing stress, and the court set the condition that she must not travel outside the kingdom unless permitted by the court, and she must notify the Immigration Office. Furthermore, a counselor from the court’s psychosocial counseling clinic will be appointed to supervise and provide guidance as appropriate.

Later at 17:30, after the court’s order was issued, lawyer Saiyut Pengbunchoo disclosed that in Way Thaitanium’s case, the public prosecutor charged him as the fourth defendant with “conspiracy to borrow money by fraud against the public, forgery of documents, and use of forged documents.” The criminal court granted temporary release because Way Thaitanium showed no sign of fleeing and had surrendered himself. He posted bail in cash of 1 million baht, with the condition that he is prohibited from leaving the country unless he obtains court permission. Going forward, there will be hearings for testimonies, evidence examination, and witness testimonies scheduled for 26 February. The hearings will include both defendants and two companies involved in the money transfers.

The lawyer further revealed that they are currently trying to find a buyer for basketball shares. If someone buys these shares, the victims will not pursue further legal action. Regarding Day Thaitanium, whose wife filed a complaint about shares in a barbershop valued at 1.5 million baht, someone has already expressed interest in purchasing the barbershop shares at that price. Whether the sale has been completed is private and not disclosed. As for debts owed to other victims, they are waiting for those victims to file lawsuits first, so the charges and amounts involved will be clear. In principle, during investigations, the police do not disclose details of testimonies, but once formal complaints are filed, the accusations must be clearly stated.
