After Way Thaitanium and Nana Rybena were granted bail by the court on Monday, 23 February 2026, each with a 1 million baht bond, on the condition they are prohibited from traveling abroad.
Most recently, on the morning of 26 February 2026, the pair appeared at the Criminal Court as scheduled for their plea hearing. During the hearing, the court read and explained the indictment to Way and Nana until they fully understood it. The court then asked if they would plead guilty or not. Both denied all charges and affirmed they would continue to fight the case. Finally, the court scheduled another evidence review for 9:00 AM on 25 May 2026.
