Baitoey Rsiam Admits to Breaking Up with DJ Man, Remaining Just Co-Parents, Focuses on Work and Daughter

Country singer known for wearing short skirts Baitoey Sutheewan Thaveesin / Baitoey Rsiam openly shares for the first time about her relationship with DJ Man Pattanan Kunchorn Na Ayuthaya that they have now broken up after attending the "Nine Entertain Awards 2026" at Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon Shopping Center, adding she is now focused on their roles as parents caring for Nong Wetmon their daughter and fully concentrating on work. She says her mental health has greatly improved since no longer suffering from depression after returning to singing daily.

Asked about breaking up with DJ Man?

"I have to say we clearly divide our roles. It’s not surprising for me because we’ve been discussing and agreeing on everything for a while. My main focus is work and our child. We clearly share responsibilities and fulfill our roles as Wetmon’s father and mother well."

No longer married?

"Honestly, legally we’re not. Today, my focus is on our child."

Do you consider it a breakup?

"I have to say it’s about family."

Was it difficult?

(Nods) "Yes."

Still having trouble accepting it?

"It’s very sensitive. As I said, during my comeback, there was a lot of emotional pain. When I was depressed, it took time for me and Man to adjust everything back to normal. What we have agreed on today, I think it’s a very good choice to be good parents for our child as we both adapt and start anew."

Wetmon is growing every day. How do you explain to her?

"Not much explanation. She naturally understands because we clearly take good care of her. She doesn’t throw tantrums. If you see our family content, the family aspect still exists."

What about living arrangements? Still in the same house or separate?

"Uh, well... (pauses then laughs) We visit each other. (Do you each take care of her separately?) Correct."

Do you think this is a major hardship in your life?

"Not anymore (laughs). Nothing in my life has been heavier than before. Today, I think everything is manageable. As we mature as parents, we can talk about everything and understand what’s happened."

You had a lot to bear in your career, too. What heals you now?

"Work heals me. I love this. I never thought I’d have a comeback with work and income to support my family, with a Grammy Gold single featuring Rsiam. It shows they haven’t forgotten me. When I was down, I kept thinking ‘Don’t let anyone forget me.’ That thought stayed with me. Today, no one has forgotten me; my songs are more popular than ever. So, I focus on my work and every opportunity, feeling this might be my last push since I’m 37 now."

How is your mental state?

"Much better. This year I’m much stronger. My depression is gone. I no longer take medication or see a doctor because I sing every day and meet fans daily. Work gives me value."

Are you fully back to the old Baitoey?

"About 70 percent. I still have some worries and some depressed moments, but not as deep as before because I have to work every day and don’t have time to be weak."

Are you still prescribed any medication?

"No. Now I only take sleeping pills."

How do you feel about fans welcoming you back?

"Very thankful. I could cry because it’s so joyful. Every song has surpassed a million views. I never thought I’d come back like this and fight for myself to this day."

Do you believe in the saying ‘after rain comes sunshine’?

"Honestly, I don’t like that phrase much because ultimately it’s myself who fights hard for work, for my child, and my fans. Despite some negative news about my family and label, today I still fight for my label and the many people supporting me."

Would you like to open up more?

"Oh, right now I want to focus on work and Wetmon because she’s so adorable. I want to earn enough for her to have a good education, as I intend."
