Prosecutor Files Charges Against Boss Sam and Boss Min in DIcon Case, Sets One-Month Deadline Defendants Cite Lawyer and Bail Arrangements

Following 23 Mar 2026 GMT+7, the Supreme Prosecutor issued a decisive order to file charges despite objections. Mr. Yuranan Phamonmontri , also known as Boss Sam, Ms. Pichaya Wattanamontri , also known as Boss Min, two defendants charged with conspiracy to commit public fraud, conspiracy to dishonestly or fraudulently introduce data into a computer system, conspiracy to fraudulently borrow money from the public, conspiracy to operate direct sales business and network marketing by enticing others to join the network, and conspiracy to operate direct sales business without a license in the D'Icon Group case dating back to April 2025.

The latest update on the morning of 26 Mar 2026 GMT+7: the special prosecutors ordered a postponement of charges against Min Pichaya Wattanamontri and Sam Yuranan Phamonmontri. The Director-General of Special Prosecution disclosed that prosecutors were contacted by both defendants requesting a delay in filing charges to arrange bail and secure legal counsel. Therefore, prosecutors ordered a 30-day postponement.
