Ning recounted that the delivery worker was dressed so well that those in the house mistook him for her friend. The worker also chatted and complimented, saying, "Your house is beautiful, may I look inside?" This opened a gap where the worker was able to follow the housemaid into private areas to collect expressway toll fees. Moreover, CCTV captured the worker raising his phone, seemingly to take photos or videos inside the home.
This issue may seem minor to some, but for some families, feeling unsafe should never be overlooked, Ning emphasized. She questioned the company's standards on how employees are trained and what measures protect customer privacy, stressing that incidents like this should not be left to chance.
