The Ministry of Commerce, through the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), is set to organize the THAI SELECT Festival 2026 on 21 July 2026 at Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Central Terminal, New York City, USA. The event aims to publicize and enhance the image of Thai cuisine and the Thai SELECT logo in the U.S. market, one of the country's strategic and highly potential markets. It also seeks to promote Thai food as an important national Soft Power and create trade opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs in the global market.
A key highlight is the participation of internationally renowned actors Mai Phakphum Romsaithong and Apo Natthawiny Watthanakitiphat, who will add vibrancy to the event, meet fans, and help convey the authentic flavors of Thai cuisine to the world as representatives of Thailand’s Soft Power.
