This time, he won't be alone but has invited friends and colleagues from the music industry who have traveled together for decades to revisit the past and create excitement on the same stage—from the era of The Olarn Band, The Sun Band, to Hin Lek Fai Band. At the press conference, the list of guest performers surprised many because, besides the junior vocalist Nap from Retrospect, there was also a beautiful beauty queen, Ingfa Waraha, joining the show.
P'Pong revealed about the special guest that he wanted to invite Ingfa to perform and hoped she would take on the role of "Nang Maeo 2026." Just mentioning the name already makes many eager to see how the song "Nang Maeo" would turn out in the 2026 version with Ingfa performing—anticipating how sexy it will be.
When the guest announcement was made as "Ingfa," did everyone get surprised?
"(Laughs) I was surprised myself. I still need to choose songs and consider the key, but mostly women can sing it because the key is already high, so women can sing comfortably."
Have you followed her work before? Does she have singing talent?
"No need to search; she’s all over the media (laughs), fully featured on feeds already. I’m happy to talk to her, and she honored us by joining. That’s a great honor. (Have you had a chance to talk with her yet?) Not yet, but Pete might have talked to her already, maybe I’ll meet her at rehearsal."
Are you excited? She’s a top beauty queen in the entertainment industry, right?
"I’m excited and want to meet her, want to see her. (Do you think she looks as beautiful as in photos?) I think so, because she’s not just a fleeting trend; she has real buzz."
