Ann Thongprasom shared the adorable story behind the nickname she gave her beloved nephew, Nong Phobrak, who is now commonly called 'Nong Phob Yak.' She explained the name comes from his physique and the image everyone sees, as her nephew is big, well-built, and adorably chubby.
Ann humorously said that the nickname 'Phob Yak' was inspired by his size and the image everyone notices since he is quite large and robust. Holding him is almost a challenge, as he probably weighs close to 10 kilograms. Ann mentioned she secretly asked James and Foam whether this weight is above the standard, and both said he is still within the normal range. However, if he gains more, it might exceed the recommended weight. She emphasized that the nickname has no complicated origin—it simply comes from her affection for her nephew.
Importantly, it seems the nickname 'Phob Yak' is no longer used just by Aunt Ann. Both his father, James, and mother, Foam, have also started calling him by this name, making it a household term.
But Aunt Ann jokingly left a message for her beloved nephew, saying, "Waiting for Phob Yak to slim down—when that happens, Aunt will give you a new nickname, dear."
