She encountered a criminal disguised as a crew member who asked to exchange a pass to enter the artist's room, then sneaked inside to steal company property, including signed photos prepared for lucky fans. Fortunately, she had already taken her personal bag and valuables out and warned fans not to support stolen goods.
After Lingling Kong spoke about the incident where she and her team lost items abroad, the culprit has now been identified. It is believed the thief disguised themselves as crew to access the artist's private room and steal property.
Most of the missing items were company property, including signed photos meant for lucky fans. Lingling admitted she was shocked at first but remained positive, considering herself lucky to have removed her personal bag and valuables beforehand, so no important personal items were lost.
Regarding the incident, she said that although unexpected, every problem has a solution since she can reproduce the photos and signatures for fans. She urged fans not to buy or support stolen goods and to report any leads to her team for legal action.
