Every time they come, SEVENTEEN always gives their all, living up to their status as top K-pop artists by delivering outstanding energy to Thai Carats.
Last weekend was truly a special Saturday and Sunday for Thai Carats, as global K-pop stars SEVENTEEN held their major SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN BANGKOK concert on 14–15 March at the National Stadium (Supachalasai).
Despite the hot, humid weather all day, as evening brought cooler breezes and the sky shifted to pink and blue, it seemed like a signal that a special moment between SEVENTEEN and Carats was about to begin! The first part of the show kicked off with three dynamic songs: Bad Influence, HBD, and THUNDER, followed by the members greeting Thai Carats with bright energy.
One eagerly awaited segment was each member’s solo performance, showcasing diverse styles and music genres that made it well worth experiencing live, including Trigger (DINO Solo) and Gemini (JUN Solo).
Other solos included Shining Star (Vernon Solo), Fortunate Change (JOSHUA Solo), Happy Virus (DK Solo), Raindrops (SEUNGKWAN Solo), Skyfall (THE 8 Solo), Shake It Off (MINGYU Solo), and Jungle (S.COUPS Solo).
Beyond the solos and the three new songs performed, SEVENTEEN brought many hits from previous albums for Carats to sing and dance along to, such as HOT, HIGHLIGHT, HIT, and Rock With You. The concert ended with fireworks as a formality, but true Carats knew the real fun was just beginning!
The concert screens showed DJ Bongbongie leading dance moves to SEVENTEEN remix tracks, interspersed with footage of Thai Carats matching the global fanbase’s dance energy, warming up before the encore. The boys then appeared on trams on both sides during the song _WORLD, waving to fans in both pit and balcony seats, giving everyone a full 'going-home' moment before the highlight everyone awaited: a nonstop VERY NICE (Aju Nice) performance lasting over three and a half hours before SEVENTEEN finally let Carats leave.
SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN BANGKOK proved once again that SEVENTEEN are true performers, delivering a show that met their high standards and passed on great energy to Thai Carats, who regard SEVENTEEN’s music as the soundtrack to every stage of their lives.
