This song was inspired by a period in INC MATAWEE's life when they were stuck in a loop of old feelings for someone. It's unclear how many attempts were made—perhaps hundreds, thousands, or even "a million times"—but the heart never truly forgot. These experiences were transformed into this song. This second single also marks another step in INC MATAWEE's growth in emotion, delivery, and musical identity—from the fresh and intriguing debut single "ROULETTE" to a more delicate and vulnerable side in "Loop," while still clearly preserving the unique charm of their vocals and storytelling.
