LEETEUK and HEECHUL, two members born in 1983 who officially debuted as the new unit ‘SUPER JUNIOR-83z,’ showcased their friendship spanning more than two decades through their first fan concert tour in Thailand, ‘2026 SUPER JUNIOR-83z FANCON TOUR [1983] in BANGKOK,’ held on Saturday, 15 August 2026 at Thunder Dome.
This fan concert was created under the concept “The Story of Friendship of SUPER JUNIOR-83z,” featuring a show that blended music, performances, and entertainment. It wove together memories of LEETEUK and HEECHUL from past to present through various elements, including an imaginative set of the 'Bus Line 83' taking them and E.L.F. (the official fan club name) on a journey through different times. The event incorporated music show-themed videos, reenactments of important moments, and a Q&A VCR segment about each other, presenting their natural charm and revealing a unique chemistry born from their differences yet perfect harmony.
The first stop on their journey began with songs from the debut mini-album of ‘SUPER JUNIOR-83z,’ which both members helped create. They showcased a variety of musical styles ranging from retro dance sounds to rock ballads, opening with the title track ‘너를 위한 약속 (Promise),’ followed by ‘SOLOVE,’ and then expressing heartfelt sentiment with ‘우리의 우정은 사랑보다 강하다 (More Than Love),’ pledging “to be 83z forever” and exchanging symbolic necklaces as a sign of their bond. This was followed by ‘온새미로 (ONSAEMIRO),’ conveying a promise to always stand by each other. Solo performances included LEETEUK’s ‘Bad Name,’ delivering just the right amount of sexiness, and HEECHUL’s ‘고독남 (GODOGNAM),’ showcasing his vocal power.
The challenge segment featured various missions the duo had to complete. LEETEUK and HEECHUL surprised the audience by appearing in traditional Thai costumes before starting fun tasks such as searching for items on stage and successfully striking the Ending Fairy pose. They also took on individual challenges and tasks requiring teamwork, reflecting the unit’s strength in combining performance and variety skills masterfully, eliciting continuous laughter and cheers from fans.
The memory segment was enriched with a medley of SUPER JUNIOR’s hits spanning different eras, including ‘로꾸거!!! (Rokuko),’ ‘Super Duper,’ ‘떴다 오빠 (Oppa, Oppa),’ ‘미인아 (Bonamana),’ ‘Mr. Simple,’ ‘Sexy, Free & Single,’ and ‘쏘리 쏘리 (SORRY, SORRY),’ plus an encore featuring ‘나비잠 (Sweet Dream),’ as well as the songs ‘Sarang♥’ and ‘Miracle.’
Thai E.L.F. fans joined together to express their love through fan projects, displaying signs with messages meaning, “We have always stood by each other; may we continue to walk together with smiles forever,” and “Thank you for understanding and caring about each other’s differences, and thank you for debuting as 83z.”
The final stop of the journey saw LEETEUK and HEECHUL demonstrate the charm of their union—two members with contrasting personalities who create a unique chemistry through their shared experiences and stories woven over many years. They conveyed their identities through a show encompassing music, performance, and entertainment, creating moments filled with laughter, smiles, and lasting impressions alongside Thai E.L.F. fans.
