Lawyer Saiyut Posts Photo with Nana Rybina After Court Grants Bail

After Nana Rybina was taken into custody for questioning at the Central Investigation Police Headquarters on 3 Dec 2025 GMT+7 at 10:55, then brought to the Criminal Court on Ratchadaphisek Road for the first remand on 4 Dec 2025 GMT+7, later Nana's younger sister posted 1 million baht in cash bail, and Nana was released temporarily.

After Nana left the Criminal Court on Ratchada following her bail approval and temporary release, recently lawyer Saiyut Pengboonchu or lawyer Pakiyao Nana’s lawyers posted a photo together with Nana and another lawyer handling her case, along with the following message:

“The suspect or defendant has no one else but the lawyer to protect their rights according to the law. The victim has state officials from the investigation stage and prosecutors as plaintiffs.

Investigators have broad authority to gather evidence, but the suspect has no one but the lawyer. If the lawyer does not bravely perform their legal duties, the suspect would have no one left. Let success in work speak for itself.
