After singer and actress Janesuda Panto posted a sharp message in her Instagram story saying, “Whatever happens caused by actions of adults that drag children into content posted on social media to appear pitiful—is that an appropriate thing to do? The families of those affected also go through many moments of suffering, sadness, and grief. But they never post these to gain sympathy or involve the children in such matters.
The issue is just beginning, not ending yet. Please stop this behavior. Stop dragging children into it so people can emotionally connect with you. Other victims also have children and families deserving sympathy, but they don’t behave like you. Or is this just a game for you?” This sparked a heated online discussion.
After Janesuda’s post, businesswoman Khaomod Smithinan reposted Janesuda’s story, writing, "We have been holding our child and crying with my husband for months but have never posted it on social media."
Meanwhile, actress Janee Thiansuwan also reposted stories from Khaomod and Janesuda about this issue, adding a sad teary-eyed emoji.
