Following the heated controversy surrounding Theer Tipakorn Kamsuree or Theer of Only Monday regarding the leak of a private clip on social media, which involved the unauthorized release of personal information, the group's label, GeneLab, announced the cancellation of all scheduled performances by the artist. They also removed all songs from every platform to prevent any revenue, and withdrew all endorsements, sparking a viral uproar online.
Recently, Theer of Only Monday posted a photo showing his visit to the Pathumwan Police Station to file a report, providing his first public statement on the issue. He firmly denied leaking the clip and confirmed he had filed a complaint. While there are initial leads, he cannot disclose details due to ongoing investigations. He accepts all punishments imposed by the label but requests time to prove himself and to ensure fairness for Belle, his ex-girlfriend. He also apologized to everyone affected by the incident, with the statement as follows:
“Today, I went to file a police report at Pathumwan Police Station to affirm my innocence, as I am not the person who leaked the clip. There are some initial leads now, but I cannot disclose them because the investigation is ongoing. If there are any updates or information that can be shared, I will inform everyone immediately.
Regarding the label's punishment, I accept all responsibility as determined. However, I ask for time to prove myself and will do everything to ensure fairness for Belle.
I sincerely apologize to everyone affected both directly and indirectly by this incident. Even though I did not leak the clip, I fully understand the harm caused to society, fans, those involved, and the label. I apologize to everyone once again.”
