Day Thaitanium Tears Up Over Pain of Being Uninformed Weve Been Through Hard Times Together, Never Expected This to Happen

Earlier, many watched closely when Day Thaitanium, or Day Jamras Tatsanalawat, unfollowed Way Thaitanium on Instagram following news involving Nana Ribeena. At a concert in Khao Kho, Day spoke about the future of the Thaitanium band without mentioning Way by name.

Recently, Day did a TikTok live with Jib Pokchat, where fans could ask questions. Jib asked when Day found out about the issue. Day said he learned after others, initially thinking he was unaffected, but when the news broke, he felt deep pain and tears came naturally. He explained that during the Khao Kho concert, though usually quiet, it was time to speak because he felt very constrained.

When asked when he found out, Day said, “I don’t remember exactly, but I knew about others before my own situation. Yes, and not knowing anything about my own case was the most painful part. This is what they call being kept in the dark—it hurts not knowing anything, being blocked from information. Sigh.”

He said he never expected to face this himself and still feels confused, wondering if he’s dreaming and hasn’t woken up. Facing it personally made his heart flutter more than usual, with many complex feelings hard to explain.

Day admitted, “I did cry. We’ve known each other a long time. When this happened, I never imagined it would. We’ve been through hardships together—when times were tough, we endured it together; when times were good, we enjoyed it together. It’s hard to explain.”

Day also addressed a friend, saying, “Only the truth will set you free. If that truth is hidden, it will stay there and continue to eat away at you. Even if you can smile, that filth remains in your heart forever. So speak the truth and open your heart.”

Now, after the storm, it feels like the rain has washed away the bad. The sun has come out clearly—so clear I don’t know how else to describe it. Thank God.

Day’s wife said they must be strong and focus on their child, who is their source of encouragement. They support each other’s mental health, often sitting silently together, having been through a lot. The child has helped improve their mental state. When asked if they received an apology, she said, “Yes.”

On December 20-21, there will be no concert because Day’s sister is visiting from America, and he will take her out to eat. She only returns once a year.

When asked why Day spoke about this on stage at the Khao Kho concert, he said, “If you notice, I usually speak very little. But that day, it was time to talk. I felt very constrained. I guess many people asked a lot about the future of Thaitanium. There were so many questions, and I didn’t know how to answer. So I just said what I heard.”

Asked if he was angry or if he would forgive, Day said, “Not at all. I think we have to understand him because he has to protect his family and acts for them. Have I forgiven? Yes, I have. But it will take time before we can face each other and talk.”

This year marks Thaitanium’s 25th anniversary, like a critical age. We tried to organize events three times, but none happened, which is strange. But with the new year approaching, I hope everything passes well for us, for him, and for everyone.
