For Aun Phuwanat is another person who came out to support DJ Dada Warinda after she strongly defended Nana Raibina and faced repeated online backlash. However, after Aun showed support to Dada, he encountered drama himself. He clearly responded to those who thought he was seeking attention.
Did you send a message to encourage Dada?
Actually, I sent it privately. I never intended to post it publicly, nor to seek attention. I just felt it’s something everyone might have experienced — disappointment in people. We have all been disappointed when we trusted the wrong person, someone unworthy of our trust or love. When that disappointment hits, it’s very deep. I recalled that feeling.
Then I saw Dada herself giving an interview with a shaky voice. I always thought she was someone who laughs all the time, but seeing her like that, I thought she needed encouragement. So I just gave her support, that’s all.
When Dada spoke up for the first time on "The Shock" show, I was watching and was shocked. I wondered if I should call her to check on her. But goodwill has its own timing. I thought it’s okay; we can learn from this together. So I just sent her positive feelings.
My intention was to be a positive force. Dada is truly a good friend and a good example. But there’s no need to compare — like ‘this is a good friend, that is a bad friend.’ Don’t do it; it’s pointless and unnecessary.
