Boy Pakorn Reveals Debtor Signed Acknowledgment of 14-Million Baht Debt One Missed Payment and Hell Sue Immediately, Prays to Recover It

After the young leading actor with a mustache, Boy Pakorn Chatborirak, posted a debt reminder on his Instagram story, which became a hot topic before he gave an interview explaining that the debtor owes 14 million baht and he has yet to receive repayment. He said he used the media to demand the debt and would resort to legal action if repayment was not made. Recently, reporters updated Boy again after he hosted the final round of the show “In the 8ight” at Workpoint Studio in Pathum Thani Province, asking how things were progressing.

May I ask for an update on the 14 million baht debt?

"I have contacted and met with that person already. We made a formal agreement acknowledging the debt. The contract specifies how many installments he will pay, the amount per installment, and the deadline, all done in front of lawyers from both sides."

Did he show sincerity in repaying the debt?

"From what I see, he does show sincerity in repaying. But honestly, it depends on what happens next. There's no guarantee he will pay according to the agreed schedule. Simply put, as many have heard, people often make agreements but then don’t pay. That’s where the problem lies. I hope—(raises hands in prayer)—that he pays every installment on time. (Did you meet him in person?) Yes, I met him."

How are you feeling about it? More at ease?

"I feel a bit more at ease knowing we have a formal written agreement now. Previously, I spoke with him, but the key was to have this document where he acknowledges the debt and signs the guarantee contract. Getting this document makes me feel somewhat relieved, but true peace of mind will come only after I receive full payment."

Does the contract specify the deadline for full repayment?

"Yes, it specifies the deadline, but I prefer to keep the details private. To confirm, yes, the details are clearly outlined."

Did he explain why he disappeared before?

"I didn’t ask him much about disappearing, only a little. He said he was stressed and hadn’t found a solution, so he didn’t know what to say to me. His explanation involved using the money for business."

So you haven’t started legal proceedings yet, right?

"No lawsuits or police reports yet, but I have warned him. The acknowledgment contract clearly states that if he misses even one installment, I will proceed with legal action immediately."

Did his return come about because you went public?

"I don’t know. I’m not sure."

What does Nong say about this?

"Nong is okay and relieved because it’s not her money (laughs), but she has been very helpful in handling many matters for me, especially since my mother passed away. It’s surprising, but Nong has taken care of household affairs and finances, seems to know where everything is and what needs to be done. She has some interest in this area, or maybe she’s secretly planning to take over (smiles). Usually, it’s Pat and Nong involved, but this time Nong is helping manage things. It’s good."

What is your relationship with the debtor? Do you know each other?

"I don’t like having conflicts that lead to bad blood. For now, if he pays every installment, our acquaintance status will continue. But if you ask whether we’ll work together again, definitely not. I’m wary now. If he misses even one payment, I will take legal action immediately. I won’t care about the relationship anymore. On that day, we spoke well, but the details leading to this signing took many steps and wore down my patience."

Are you not his only creditor?

"I don’t know."

So there were previous conditions before this contract?

"It seems that after agreeing to certain conditions, meetings were scheduled for three days later, which should have settled the matter. But after three days, he kept asking for new conditions multiple times or became unreachable, delaying repeatedly. Eventually, I felt stuck, couldn’t follow up myself, and even with lawyers it was difficult. So I had to go public. (Is he in Thailand?) Yes, he is in Thailand."

Have you prepared yourself for the possibility you might not get the money back?

"That’s a strong question. Honestly, I hope to get every baht back because it’s the hard-earned money I worked for with sweat and effort. But we can’t predict the future. So yes, I have prepared myself a little, not knowing if I’ll have to endure the court process. I hope he won’t miss even one installment. The first payment is due soon."

Will you continue this business?

"This is a project-by-project business. If I continue, it won’t be with him. But whether I continue depends on the overall situation."

Please update us on your salivary gland inflammation?

"As you’ve seen, sometimes it swells, sometimes it subsides. Right now, it’s slightly swollen again. I want to explain because many people worry, and I do too. When something swells on your neck, it’s natural to worry, especially after my mother’s recent passing. I was concerned it might be malignant."

"I had many checks using various methods and am fairly confident it’s not malignant. It’s an issue of a blocked salivary duct, preventing saliva from exiting the gland, causing swelling. So far, treatment has been temporary—draining saliva to reduce swelling sometimes. But recently it returned. The definitive treatment is a minor surgery."

"Initially, I planned surgery around late February due to my schedule, but now I feel I can’t wait anymore because I get anxious looking in the mirror to see if the swelling increases. You saw it on camera, right? So I think I need to hurry. I discussed with the doctor about operating before the New Year, but due to various reasons, surgery will be after the New Year."

Does it affect saliva production or your daily life?

"Not at all. There’s no pain or discomfort. The only issue is the visible swelling. I believe many people worry, so I want to reassure everyone that everything is safe. It’s just swelling, not malignancy. I’m okay and feel somewhat relieved."
