After actress Nicha Natthanicha came forward to clarify after being linked as a couple who reunited with an ex-boyfriend, she confirmed she is currently single and has no intention to reconcile, stating
"I want to clarify here because many people misunderstand that the reunion rumor involves me. First, may I ask if there is nothing else to write or report that causes such misunderstanding about a person? Have I done something wrong to deserve this, constantly being dragged back into this issue?
Even though everything written is "not true at all." I value myself enough. I've made great efforts not to get involved in this matter to prevent false rumors and to move on from this situation as soon as possible. Please let me move on. Don't drag me back again. Thank you."
Afterward, Nicha’s agency, TB Entertainment Co., Ltd., issued a warning letter regarding the matter, stating
"TB Entertainment Co., Ltd., as the agency of Nicha, or Miss Natthanicha Dangwattanachai (Nicha), wishes to inform the public that the company has found that several Facebook pages and individuals have spread statements that constitute fabricated rumors and false accusations.
They claimed that Nicha has resumed a relationship with her ex-boyfriend, from whom she has been separated for a long time, which is completely untrue.
The dissemination of these rumors has caused widespread negative public opinion, severely damaging Nicha’s reputation, honor, image, private life, and professional career. This constitutes a violation of Nicha’s rights and is punishable under criminal law, including defamation by advertising, which carries imprisonment penalties.
The company issues this statement as an official and final warning to all involved parties, requesting them to
- Immediately cease disseminating, sharing, forwarding, or reposting such false information,
- Remove all false content from all platforms,
- Publicly issue corrections and apologies in an appropriate manner, and
- Strictly refrain from similar actions in the future.
The company has begun collecting evidence. If defamatory or damaging actions against Nicha continue, the company will have no choice but to authorize attorney Peat (Chayutpong Phtaiwanich) to pursue legal action both civilly and criminally to the fullest extent, without further warning.
