After an inappropriate video clip involving a famous female influencer, Nobell Matcha Latte, the ex-girlfriend of Theer Only Monday, was released on social media.
Recently, Nobell made her first public response since the clip incident by posting a statement from Naphason Law Office, which read as follows.
"As the lawyer authorized by the victim, we clearly inform the public that in the case of the obscene clip currently circulating online, Khun Hathai Kan, known as Nobell Matcha Latte, is the victim whose personal media was published without consent and has no involvement in distributing the clip or any benefits from it.
She did not record the clip and has never possessed it in any form—original file, copy, or any electronic media.
We hereby firmly warn anyone in possession of this obscene clip, regardless of how or where it was obtained, whether it is an original file, copy, edited clip, screen recording, or any electronic format,
that distributing, forwarding, possessing, recording, selling, or using the clip in any way, including expressing derogatory, discriminatory, or abusive comments towards the victim, may constitute a criminal offense under relevant laws.
Currently, evidence is being gathered to prosecute all offenders to the fullest extent without exception. Possession of obscene media recorded or distributed without the victim’s consent may be illegal, even if the possessor did not originally record or distribute it.
Claims such as “just keeping it to watch,” “not sharing,” or “someone sent it” are not valid excuses. Moreover, sharing, distributing, selling, offering, exchanging, or using the clip for any profit is clearly punishable by law, with criminal and civil liability.
We urge those who still possess the clip to immediately cease these actions, delete it from all devices and accounts, and stop any acts that violate the victim’s personal rights. Those who disregard this warning will face legal action without prior notice.
Additionally, we warn anyone who sends chats, contacts, messages, or engages in harassment, sexual abuse, threats, pressure, or exploitation of the victim via online or other channels that such acts can be used as evidence for prosecution and ignorance of the law is no excuse.
We ask the public to refrain from sharing, forwarding, or engaging in any acts that violate the victim’s personal rights. Such actions that further harm the victim are not freedom of expression but violations of law and human dignity. Legal proceedings will be strictly pursued to the fullest extent."
