Unleashing chilling thrills throughout the capital! The Instagram Thi Yod 3 RUN, a creative event, brought together fans and runners to celebrate the grand finale of the groundbreaking horror film trilogy "Thi Yod." This spectacular event honored the franchise’s combined domestic and international box office success exceeding 2 billion baht, while also unveiling the next chapter in the horror universe with “Saming Khao Kwang” set for 2026.
The event invited runners dressed in terrifying Thai ghost costumes to participate in a city run through central Bangkok, engaging in creative content challenges at frightening checkpoints every kilometer to fully electrify Instagram feeds. Participants were awarded a special edition "Thi Thrilling" medal designed exclusively for this occasion. The opening run was graced by Associate Professor Tawida Kamolwet, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, alongside Paradee Sinthawanarong, Head of Marketing for Thailand & Philippines at Meta; Surachet Asawarunganan, CEO of M STUDIO; Subandit Suwannop, Deputy Director of Programming at BEC World Public Company Limited; and Narut Jiansanong, Deputy Chief Marketing Officer at Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited. Director Thandetch Pradit and cast members from “Thi Yod 3” — Junior Kajbandit Jaidee, Chae Ong-ard Jiamjaroenpornkul, and Gap Jakrin Puriphath — also joined to enliven the legendary horror atmosphere. Amidst a lively crowd of fans and runners, the race route started at the Phrasaniyakar Building, passing Phuttha Bridge, Phra Pok Klao Bridge, along the Ong Ang Canal, Sommot Amornmarak Bridge, Sao Chingcha, Unakarn Park, The Old Siam, Pak Khlong Market, and finished back at Phrasaniyakar Building, covering a total distance of 5.5 kilometers. The event perfectly combined horror, fun, and fan enthusiasm into one seamless experience.
