Country singer P Sadet goes big by inviting Thai superstar and Hollywood action star Tony Jaa to jointly spread joy to fellow Thais at the "Khonkaen Countdown 2026" event on Wednesday, 31 Dec 2025, from 6:00 p.m. onwards at the central stage by Khonkaen's city gate.
This year's Khonkaen Countdown is organized by the municipality with a focus on promoting tourism in the province, serving as a gathering place for Khonkaen residents to celebrate the year's end and welcome the new year. It aims to be a safe space for all genders and ages, while fostering happiness, love, and family warmth. The event adopts the "ECOSYSTEM" concept to guide activities reflecting the interconnectedness of all life—city, business, community, and environment—creating shared sustainable value and celebrating beautiful relationships.
Event activities include tourists paying respects to the Queen Mother, watching cover dance performances by local youth teams, and enjoying shows by top Thai artists such as P Sadet, Mr. Team, Anatomy Rabbit, and the Sripatcharin Band from Military Circle 23. Tony Jaa will join to sing and perform martial arts with P Sadet starting at 11:00 p.m.
