After Dome Pakorn Lam inadvertently commented under a photo of Jinny Yossuda the daughter of Khunying Sudarat in a sexually harassing manner, causing a stir online,
Dome recently posted another video to take responsibility like a man, personally going to the party office to apologize as promised. He also said that after the New Year holidays, if Khunying Sudarat, Jinny, and their family are willing, he will formally meet them to apologize again.
"Hello everyone, in this clip I want to update you since yesterday when I said I would contact and personally apologize. I have already coordinated with the party. Today, I am driving to the Thai Sang Thai Party office to apologize to Jinny and Khunying Sudarat myself regarding my wrongdoing."
"I must admit I truly did wrong and have no excuses. But on the night I posted, I was not in my right mind at all. I woke up the next morning with no memory. Still, that’s no excuse. When wrong, one must accept the consequences."
The video then cuts to Dome standing in front of the Thai Sang Thai Party office, saying, "Well... here I am in front of the party office. Today, I brought a gift basket to apologize as I mentioned. I’ll cut the clip here because it might be inconvenient once I go inside."
In the clip, Dome hands the gift basket to the office staff, saying he hopes to personally apologize again to Jinny and Khunying Sudarat after the New Year begins.
Many who saw the clip commented extensively, such as: "Everyone can make mistakes. Just admitting it like a man is commendable. Even when I’m drunk like a possessed call center, I call everyone. #StayStrong," "Admit your mistake, and we forgive you. Sometimes you do well but mess up once... we don’t kick someone when they’re down. Nobody’s perfect. Others cheat and are worse. Respect for admitting like a man and correcting it," "I understand drunk people. But once sober and remorseful, that’s what a gentleman should do," "It’s almost New Year. Whatever you post, think carefully. Every post carries risk. Know what to joke about and what to post," "Great job, Dome. Admitting mistakes and seeking to fix and apologize is unlike many who deny and make excuses even when caught."
