Lydia Strikes Back with 37 Charges: Updates on Ex-Manager Case, Confident in Strong Evidence as Court Finds Merit

The lawsuit involving her former manager is far from over. When we met, Lydia Sarunrat, the beautiful mother of three who attended the promotion event for The Legend All Stars Orchestra Concert, she shared an update on the legal case, explaining that

we asked about the progress of the lawsuit against her former manager.

"It is proceeding step by step, just as lawyer Nida explained. We are waiting patiently according to the timeline and procedures. I don't want to stress or focus too much on it because life must go on. There are many good things in my life—raising my children and working—so I don't want to carry negative energy all the time."

"Is there anything to worry about, or is your lawyer competent?"

"Right now, I’m not worried. The case is quite solid. The charges have been officially filed, bail has been posted according to the amount, and now we are moving on to the next stage."

"Have you talked with your lawyer about how long it might take?"

"Actually, it will take a while because there are many charges—37 in total—and the amounts involved are high. Each case has different details, so the process may be prolonged due to the case's complexity."

"Does this mean Lydia no longer needs to appear in court and it’s the lawyer’s responsibility?"

"There will probably be times I have to go, depending on the dates they notify. I haven’t had any upcoming dates recently since I just attended one. Now I’m waiting for the next date. It might not require me to attend; I’m not sure yet. We’re waiting for instructions. This has dragged on for a long time, and I want it to end soon so I can close that chapter. But for now, it’s like the case is still open and waiting (laughs)."

"Having gone through this, do you need to be more cautious?"

"Definitely. I’m much more careful now—managing every single detail myself. I’m micro-managing every aspect at this point."

"So you don’t want to miss a single point?"

"It’s not just about me. I have to look out for my children and my sister Matt, a family of five. In the past, it was more relaxed and trusting, but now I check every detail. If something is wrong, it’s my responsibility. If any detail is overlooked, that’s on me."

"It seems many celebrities faced financial issues last year?"

"The heavens want to reveal these things, so it’s time to expose them (laughs)."

"What have you learned from this experience?"

"What have I learned? Actually, I knew from the start, and I went through a period of intense stress. Now I’m okay again. It has been a valuable lesson teaching me to be cautious. Money doesn’t belong to anyone permanently. This was a firsthand learning experience, and that’s how it is."
