Previously DJ Dada Warinda revealed that a legal contract was made in which the debtor agreed to repay the debt under clearly stated conditions. The total debt is about 3 million baht, with payments due on the 20th of every month, with monthly installments no less than 100,000 baht. The first payment installment will begin on 20 January. The payment amount was negotiated based on what the other party confirmed they could afford, and Dada agreed to these terms to allow the process to proceed.
On 21 Jan 2026, DJ Dada opened up to Jackgreen from Thairath Entertainment about the debtor's first payment installment, saying that today she had a conversation with Nana Raibina already.
Each month there will be negotiations about what amount she can manage. We are not harsh creditors. Early in the year, business and income are tough; we understand that. We are not cruel creditors. We just want her to have the intention to repay the debt. Whether it's the full contract amount or not, we are not strict on that. If she has the intention to pay, we just ask that she communicate with us.
For example, if the monthly payment is supposed to be 100,000 baht, but she can only afford tens of thousands, we can discuss that. We already have products for her to sell, which can be deducted from the debt. We understand the difficult economy. Work in the entertainment industry is light right now; online sales may not be as good as at the end of the year. We are not harsh creditors and can negotiate with her.
Our discussions about debt repayment happen through lawyers, and we see Nana's intention. She streams live sales frequently and updates us on how much she can afford each month. We understand it's a difficult time, and it's better than not getting any repayment at all.
When asked if she was frustrated that the payment was due on the 20th but was not made on time, Dada admitted that both debtor and creditor are stressed. Debt repayment is a serious matter. But from our perspective, if Nana is willing to repay, even if she can't pay this month, selling products to us can help clear the debt. Whatever profit comes from sales will be used to settle the debt, and Dada is fine with that.
We understand that creditors may be many. We only talk about repayment details, whether she is able to pay this month and how much. Admittedly, work is busy and we don't update on personal lives. We just discuss which products she is allowed to sell. Nana streams live sales for us every day already.
