Following rumors circulating “Nana Raibina” is preparing to repay debt to close friend "DJ Dada Warinda Damrongpol" installment by installment over three years for a total of 3 million baht,
most recently, “Thairath Entertainment” contacted the group of victims involved in “Nana’s” case, who revealed that until now they have not been contacted by Nana’s lawyer at all. Before the lawsuit was filed, “Nana” had a lawyer who attempted to mediate and draft an agreement, but once the case proceeded to litigation, there was no further contact or coordination. The victims are waiting for justice to take its course, but all feel it is unfair that
“Nana” has never reached out even once to discuss debt repayment. They also learned that some who have not filed complaints against “Nana” intend to settle their debts beforehand.
According to sources contacted by “Thairath Entertainment,” on Friday, 23 January, “Nana” and "Way Prinya Intachai" or "Way Thaitanium" along with associates will go to meet officers at the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB).
However, “Thairath Entertainment” also inquired with “Lawyer Saiyut Pengbunchoo,” who is handling the case for “Nana and Way.” He responded that the police initially scheduled the meeting for 20 January, but “Way” had to attend to a commitment taking his child to a basketball competition and will return on Friday to meet the CIB officers, though the exact time has not been set yet.
