After that Big, Village Headman Finland, or Big Thitiwut, was challenged by his ex-wife Praewpraw Saengthong, and now the court has ruled that Big has won the case. Afterwards, he went live to talk about the situation, affirming that the land was acquired legally from the beginning. Big stated,
"Since the sale, it has been legally under my name from the start. I never sued anyone. The hundreds of millions earned together—I asked for just 10 million to get started, but he refused. He said to sue the court, so that's fine. I’m not serious about it; if he doesn’t want to give it, that’s okay, I’ll find another way and have no intention to sue."
Then, at the end of May, he announced the sale and asked everyone to leave that house—dancers and singers alike—because it is my domain, under the title deed in the name of Village Headman Finland. When I announced the sale, I didn’t evict anyone forcibly; I just kindly asked them to leave, but they refused. They put up signs saying no one should interfere with their area, and then they sued me, though I never sued anyone.
Big then summarized the case by saying that the land belonged to him from the start, since the purchase, with the legal title deed already in place. In plain terms, he said, "I won. The truth never dies."
Asked if he was happy today, he said, "I’m not happy, but I must protect my rights. I never took advantage of anyone, but when people take advantage of each other, there must be a fair exchange of blows."
The court dismissed the plaintiff’s claim, ruling the plaintiff lost the case and ordered the defendant to evict the plaintiff and all personnel and constructions from the defendant’s land within the specified time. The plaintiff must return the land title deed to the defendant, who is me. I must pay the plaintiff an amount based on the condition instead of demolishing the house. Today, there is already a buyer for the house and land, initially valued at 50 million baht.
Someone commented that Big seemed very resolute, to which Big replied, "How could I not be resolute? I have endured and tolerated a lot and seen many things for a long time. I never took advantage of anyone. If I had, I wouldn’t be where I am today. All the deceit and cheating against me—I have recovered everything because justice prevails."
Big added that he is the way he is because he has been through a lot. When he was young, he didn’t know much and couldn’t keep up with adults who had more life experience. He had never lived with anyone else, so he was naive about the world.
Big broke down in tears from frustration, saying, "The past year has been very hard. I have fought so much, gone through a lot, and starting over to have a car, a house, and everything I lost has not been easy. I cried because I feel proud of myself. This past year, I worked very hard running camps. When I came here, I had nothing left. I fought, endured, and clung to my integrity."
Big said he will now fully pursue matters regarding his children. He has spent a full year gathering information and enduring hardships. He firmly insists that his two children, Narita and Tokyo, must live with him only. If they live with me, I don’t want anything else but the children. I have planned everything for my band and concerts. If both children live with me, I can raise them alone easily.
