After the famous couple, the actress Noon Waranuch Pirompakdi, and the businessman Todd Piti Pirompakdi, decided to file a lawsuit against Ajarn Aui Chanitha Satsue, for defamation over an audio clip where Ajarn Aui referenced both and their families, causing reputational damage. On 15 Jan 2026, Noon and Todd attended Khlongchan Criminal Court for a first mediation attempt, which failed because the defendant did not appear, so the case will proceed to evidence examination.
Recently, Ajarn Aui Chanitha posted an apology message on her Instagram @ajarnauy addressed to Noon and Todd, containing the following:
"I, Miss Chanitha Satsue, hereby post this message to Noon Waranuch Pirompakdi and Todd Piti Pirompakdi regarding my previous remarks that caused damage to your image and reputation without proper consideration.
Today, I deeply regret my actions and wish to clarify to society that the damaging statements I made about both of you are completely untrue.
Finally, I affirm my remorse for this wrongdoing. The claims I made about Noon and Todd were not true in any way, and I promise not to do this to anyone else again. Thank you both for giving me this opportunity today."
