After the news anchor woman Bright Pitchayathorn Chanphut did not appear to co-anchor the news with Sorayut Suthassanachinda on the “Rueng Lao Chao Nee” program on Channel 3, many wondered where she had gone. Sorayut answered, “Nong Bright is on vacation, viewers. Just to inform you, Nong Bright is on vacation, probably until Wednesday or Thursday, but I’m not sure.”
After that, a page posted images of Bright Pitchayathorn being treated in a hospital, along with claims that she had a high fever and severe diarrhea requiring hospitalization, causing fans to worry.
Recently, Bright Pitchayathorn clarified via her Instagram story @bright_ch3 that this was fake news. She clearly wrote, “Bright does not use Facebook,” then posted the image again, explaining, “This photo is old, from 2016. Bright does not use Facebook.”
She then posted an image of a fake page claiming Bright took leave to vote, asking everyone to help report the page. She said, “Please help report this page; I would really appreciate it. Bright does not use Facebook!! I have not voted yet and will vote on February 8.”
