After the famous comedian Sang Dok Seda posted a fiery message on his personal Facebook saying, “Don’t be an a**hole so much,” which led many to associate it with the hot issue involving Pu Kanokwan tearfully recounting about her ex-husband Deaw Dok Seda having lived in a separate world for 29 years.
But afterward, Sang Dok Seda changed his Facebook caption to “Don’t be an a**hole so much, it’s my right to choose who I want,” then posted a screenshot of his own news with the message: “#Yesterday I posted with the intention about the election. It just happened to clash with the news wave. It’s not related to the Pu and Deaw situation. Various pages just raised questions. Keyboard trolls came in to insult me a lot. Please insult me correctly. I didn’t mention anyone’s name. Don’t try to link it (emphasized). #I never posted about their family matters.”
Recently, Sang Dok Seda opened up to Thairath Entertainment about the ongoing rumors, saying, “It’s related to me posting that I support Bhumjaithai Party and want to vote for Banharn’s son. He moved to Bhumjaithai Party, but whichever party he’s in, I’ll still vote for Banharn’s son. Then many people came to insult me.
Then they interpreted that meaning exactly (laughs). We didn’t get involved with them because it’s their family’s private matter. I replied to many comments on that post. I was heavily attacked. Sometimes they blocked me, or I blocked them. I couldn’t stand being insulted as if I was choosing sides.
So I replied that I have no rights, right? They say democracy, but I have the right to choose whoever I want without insulting anyone. Yet I still got attacked. So I typed that post. It matched perfectly. I don’t know what to say (laughs).”
When asked to confirm if it was about politics, he replied, “Yes, it’s about that. Let’s just say it’s for views (laughs). It was about politics a bit, so I responded by saying ‘a**hole’ exactly. It wasn’t about Pu and Deaw because I didn’t know about the trending Pu-Deaw issue. I was busy with my own wife. The post was like when we go to vote, and I wanted to get some views.”
Asked if he had visited Deaw lately, Sang said, “I haven’t visited him because I’m busy. It seems he’s getting better but still serious. He can walk now, but his eyes are still blurry. Yesterday I went to Thammasat Hospital to wash blood from his eyes from a burst blood vessel. It spread from the eyes to the iris. Now the doctor is dissolving the blood.”
