The store was redesigned into a brightly colored kiosk to suit the lifestyle of modern consumers seeking convenience, speed, and accessibility on every journey. The cute mascot "Nong Pearly" was also introduced as the brand’s representative to spread happiness and cheer during important festivals, enhancing brand recognition as approachable and close to consumers.
In terms of entertainment, Bom Thanawat did not disappoint his fans. He participated in a guessing game about which Love Collection drink he preferred, choosing the "Love Pinky Strawberry"—a menu item that combines sweetness and fragrance from fresh milk and strawberry flavor, enriched with smooth whipped cheese and topped with crunchy Ovaltine flakes.
