Sang Dok Sadaeo Clarifies Land Care for Der Dok Sadaeo, Responds to Another World Issue, Denies Discussing It with Poo Kanokwan

Regarding the case that Poo Kanokwan Buranon came forward to clarify the relationship with Der Dok Sadaeo, the famous comedian, stating it ended after she learned that he had another world for 29 years and mentioned that she had bought land and given it to Der, but she did not intend to use it as earlier reports suggested.

Afterwards, a page revealed that the person currently managing Der's land is Sang Dok Sadaeo, a junior comedian, but this caused misunderstandings and backlash against Sang, prompting him to record a video to clarify the matter.

“Today, I cannot help but explain because there was a page posting criticism about the celebrity who takes care of Der’s land — that’s me. I care for Der’s land, meaning I stay there and watch over the land, which is 4 rai. Whoever bought it, I don’t know. Poo said she bought it and gave it to Der, meaning the deed is under Mr. Somjai Sukjai (Der Dok Sadaeo).

Der bought it but had no one to look after it. He feared it would be encroached upon. There’s no house, just empty land with lime and mango trees planted. I didn’t volunteer or get paid to look after it. I am part of Der Dok Sadaeo’s troupe. I have my own family in Suphanburi for 40 years. My home is in Bang Pla Ma, with my own land and house. I left my own home to watch over his land at his request. He is my teacher and mentor. I’m closest to Der in the industry. I care for it for free, no payment.”

“I’m the caretaker, not the owner. I wouldn’t take it for myself. I care for it for Der’s children and grandchildren. Whoever among his children gets it, that’s fine. When the time comes, I will leave. I’m just watching over his land. If you want to know anything, ask me directly — don’t insult me to ‘return the land to his children.’ This land belongs to Der Dok Sadaeo, not me. I’m only the caretaker, unpaid, doing it for free.”

“I have my own house and land in a developed municipal area, not a rural place like this. There’s no house here; Der Dok Sadaeo let me build one and gave me money to do so. The landowner is Der. I’ve cared for this land for six years, but he bought it and left it for over ten years. He believes no one is as honest as me, so he let me stay here. I will preserve this 4-rai land for one of Der’s children or grandchildren. It’s not mine, so how could I give it to his children or wife? Go ask Der, not me. This is nonsense.”

Then, Sang Dok Sadaeo spoke about the drama regarding Poo and Der breaking up after Poo learned about Der’s "another world": “I didn’t know anything about it. The matter between Poo and Der is their personal issue. Poo has known for a long time. Do I know? Yes, but it’s Der and Poo’s private matter. Der has a mistress. I’m Der’s subordinate. All the comedians know. Should they tell Poo that Der has a mistress? That’s his personal business.”

“Out of personal decency, I wouldn’t tell anyone. Let it be. One day Poo would find out herself. Why should I tell her? And where did I tell the media? I didn’t tell the media. Poo knows on her own. I never cared about those news. I only respond to people who insult me. I don’t interfere with their family. Please keep your comments polite or you might face consequences.”

“I know what’s going on with Der Dok Sadaeo, but would I go around saying he has a mistress here or there? Family matters are private. Would I interfere? Even knowing he has one, would I tell? I’m his subordinate. If I suddenly found out Der has a mistress, would I rush to tell Poo? Would that be right?”

“They say I don’t know anything, but I know Der better than almost anyone in the industry. But I don’t know about his private affairs. My job is to watch over Der Dok Sadaeo’s garden and land. If you don’t know, don’t comment negatively. To clarify, the 4-rai land of Mr. Somjai Sukjai, house number 99/9, I handled all the arrangements. I have cared for this place for six years and have known Der for 40 years. Der invited me to stay since Suphanburi.”
