Fans became very concerned when Jai Thaitasmit or Jai Ichankorn Phuengkiatrassamee, a well-known artist, posted messages showing chat threats of violence. Earlier, Jai had publicly taken a political stance and called for vote recounts in several areas, acting as a vocal advocate.
"Though I've been quiet, nothing's fine. I've been threatened with death and bodily harm. I think this is getting out of hand. I'm currently having my lawyer handle this," he said.
He later added in the comments, "Each person involved truly exists, they are not IOs," and shared screenshots of the threatening chats. Many followers commented, including Yiw Chatmongkol who said, "Good, brother. They revealed themselves clearly with full death threats."
