After the young country singer Ja Nongpanee Mahadtai had to face a stressful situation when her father, Pradit Mahadtai, was seriously injured in an accident and has been receiving treatment in the ICU until now.
Most recently, Ja Nongpanee posted a photo of her father's phone along with the message: “It’s been 20 days now since we haven’t talked. ‘Dad,’ wake up!!! Many people have been calling you.”
Additionally, during a livestream updating fans on her father's condition, Ja said, “Right now, the ICU costs average about 110,000 baht per day, but if surgery is needed in the next couple of days, it will be at least 400,000 baht. Currently, my dad’s medical bills are around 3 million baht, but I’m not worried about that. I just want my dad’s life back, that’s all.”
She also explained, “I’ve planned for physical therapy costs, estimating about 1 million baht per month, including hospital bed fees. We’re going all out with the best care possible. As I’ve mentioned in various interviews, my life revolves around work, I’m not a big spender, and above all, my parents are everything to me. My mother has full insurance coverage, but my father couldn’t get insurance because he suffers from seven illnesses. So, we have been working hard to save money.”
