- He entered the industry as a comedian in the luk thung band Raphin Phuthai around 1969, performing under the name “Klin Dok Pikul.”

- In his family life, De Dok Sadao married his first wife and had three children before divorcing. His first wife now lives abroad.

- De then found love with Poo Kanokwan. They married and lived together for over 29 years, having one daughter named Prai.

- During their life together, Poo and De ran a famous food business called "Poo De Pork Meatballs," which is now closed.

- Currently, De is seriously ill with a stroke caused by brainstem blood vessel rupture, requiring physical therapy and rehabilitation at a care center.

- Before this, Poo Kanokwan revealed she decided to separate from De Dok Sadao after discovering a hidden second life he had concealed for 29 years, which she found at the rehabilitation center. She said, "This woman has been involved in his life for 29 years, and we caught it. I cried and told De, ‘You know what you did to me, and I hope you recover soon, but I have left.’ They were never legally married."

- She confirmed she did not leave because of his illness. While De was bedridden, Poo and their daughter acted as nurses, cleaning and caring for him, which caused Poo to suffer back injuries requiring her own physical therapy.

- Currently, Ple Napat, De's eldest daughter from his first wife, has been caring for him. A controversy arose after she brought Kwan, the woman alleged to be De's secret partner, to give an interview to Thairath Entertainment. Kwan affirmed she was not De's secret partner, stating they had separated before Poo Kanokwan entered his life. She is married with children and only contacted De two years ago while intoxicated. She returned after learning of De’s illness to visit the hospital with her daughter and met Ple Napat. Kwan offered help, saying De is a good man. Ple then asked Kwan to assist in caring for De when she was unavailable. Poo and Kwan eventually met at the rehabilitation center, causing public attention. Kwan insisted she was not after inheritance or involved romantically, but simply wished to help repay De’s kindness.
