Previously, there was a legal dispute between Noon Waranuch and Tod Piti who filed a lawsuit against Ajarn Aui Chanitta Satsue on charges of defamation and damaging reputation, demanding damages of 10 million baht each, totaling 20 million baht, after an audio clip surfaced containing defamatory remarks causing harm.
Subsequently, Ajarn Aui posted an apology to Noon and Tod, expressing regret for the harmful remarks that damaged their image, promising not to repeat the behavior, and thanking both for giving her a chance.
Recently, when meeting Noon Waranuch, she updated on the matter, saying
"It's all settled now, everything went smoothly. On the court day, the judge asked if I wanted to give the defendant a chance to meet. I said yes, willing to give a chance. That day, Ajarn Aui came to court and we had a chance to talk. Everything was resolved, and we agreed she would not do this to anyone else. I believe this is a lesson for both parties and everyone that we must be careful in life."
At least, I was able to prove myself through the court because it is the right thing to protect my own rights and Tod’s as well, that's all."
