After Nana Raibina was arrested by the Economic Crime Division police and detained at the Criminal Court in early December 2025 on charges of embezzlement and illegal pyramid schemes causing damages exceeding 195 million baht. The court granted bail of 1 million baht with conditions prohibiting travel abroad and requiring regular check-ins.
Today, 23 Feb 2026, it was reported that prosecutors have filed charges against Nana Raibina and four others for conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to obtain money through fraud against the public, as well as forgery and use of forged documents. The case is currently in the court process.
At 11:30 a.m., additional reports indicated that Nana Raibina was seen near the detention room beneath the court, accompanied by lawyer Saiyut Pengbunchoo. Details of the case have not yet been disclosed.
